We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were extremely pleased with our experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and all the facilities are in mint condition. Our room was spacious and modern, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and they made sure that our stay was perfect. We especially appreciated the personal service received from Ken, Lam, and Jenny, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location of this venue is convenient, with easy access to both the high-speed railway station and the east railway station. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Excellent value for money!

The hotel facilities were fantastic! the rooms were spacious and modern, with plenty of electric sockets and USB charging points. the enormous shower was a highlight, and the bath robes and good toiletries provided a touch of luxury. the staff were very helpful and some spoke English, providing excellent service. the location was great, only a short 10, 15 minute drive to both high, speed railway stations. it was excellent value for money.

The food in the restaurant was only so, so and expensive, and the lack of a fridge in the rooms was a minor inconvenience. the false advertising regarding the rooms with a bath was a letdown.

Our romantic escape was a great experience. The hotel was modern and new with excellent facilities and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the array of choices. The location was outside the city centre, but it was easy to reach both the high-speed railway and the east railway stations within a 10-15 minute car ride. One more advantage was the large shower in our room.

The lift music could be unsettling for some guests, and the absence of a refrigerator in the room could be inconvenient for those who need to store food or medication.
